Access
to on-line support resources is provided to Neptium customers with
authorized user names and passwords. The purpose of this area is
to enable customers to access a single location to obtain current
technical documentation, and other resources to minimize the time
required to address technical questions. Current facilities include
a technical chat room, a 1 on 1 chat facility with Neptium support
engineers, and additional technical documentation.
